I'm sure that there are some tea partiers who aren't bitter, borderline illiterate, and looking to blame anyone but themselves for their failures and shortcomings. But this ain't them.

He's Not Racist Racist

When I last wrote about The View, I mentioned that I hate 40% of its hosts. Well, I might need to make that 60%. First Whoopi Goldberg defended Roman Polanski and said that what he did to his victim was not "rape rape". Apparently in Whoopi's world, it's OK to drug and sodomize an underage girl so long as you're talented.

Then yesterday she opined that Mel Gibson is not a racist. This after saying he told his girlfriend "if you get raped by a pack of n*****s, it will be your fault." So to most of us, Mel is a misogynist, anti-Semite and racist. But to Whoopi, he's a swell guy because they're friends.
